Role-
Being the HR Manager, it is expected that you handle the entire gamut of HR functions and ensure that all the Human Resource Management functions of the Organization are managed smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all day-to-day operations and related service activities in the area of HR
- Allocate targets across assigned personnel, including self
- Ensure efficient turn-around-times of all processes
- Coordinate, where required, with concerned personnel/departments for timely completion, where applicable
- Consult Senior Management on issues by exception only
HR operations :
- Recruitment: Analyse the manpower requirement and accordingly plan for the recruitment. Ensure the recruitment is complete within set timeframe and qualitative candidates are recruited.
- Incentives and Targets: Develop targets for team as well individuals across functions and implement incentive schemes.
- Trainings: Ensure trainings are imparted in a comprehensive and intended manner.
- Performance Management System: Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provide leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
- Employee engagement and Employee relation
- HR Policies: Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices and update them.
- Team Management, Team Communications and Other HR Functions
- Planning, Control and Performance Measurement
- Recommend and implement approaches to improve productivity
- Monitor and manage staff timings, cost of service delivery and administrative expenses
- Ongoing preparation of MIS reports as identified and track of performance
Key Skills-
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with command over spoken and written English as well as the local language
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs, incentive planning, appraisal system, defining hierarchy and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
- Excellent problem resolution skills and logical thinking
- Result-oriented
- Commercially astute
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Qualification and Experience-
- Post-Graduate in Business Management (Specialization in HR preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in HR functions
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
