Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategize and drive the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process for junior, mid and senior level hires; This would include the Hiring Plan, Talent Budgeting, Mapping, Job Analysis, Attracts, Salary Negotiation, and Onboarding.
- Handle the Performance Management Life Cycle at the Organization level including Goal Setting, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year End, KPIs, Internal Benchmarking on Productivity, PIP
- Learning & Development /Engagement Activities: Designing and planning training programs at the organization level ;
- Other Business Activities: Grievance handling, HR Process Automation, Attrition analysis- Identify potential attrite, reversals & retention strategies; Payroll Management, leave entitlements, Bonus & increment.
- MIS & Reporting: Weekly reports to senior on hiring status as per defined metrics and other reports as desired.
Requirements :- 3-5 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Plus points for experience with PMS and with end-to-end Recruitment cycle.
- Familiarity with target hiring.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRMS systems.
