Job Description
(Responsibilities + KRAs):
- Managing the entire employee life cycle
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Work closely with the Department Head to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handling orientation program to help new joiners assimilate with the organization.
- Designing and modifying recruitment procedures, recording recruitment metrics, supervising the HR team, and monitoring the team's performance.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
- Foster positive employee relations and address concerns or grievances in a timely and fair manner
- Regular HR Connect & Skip sessions with employees to understand their challenges and aspirations.
- Review company policies and processes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
Competencies:
- Must have a minimum of 6+ years of MR or Consulting experience.
- Ability to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Ability to work individually with little guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
- Should have hands-on experience in driving processes/initiatives/independently leading or handling HR.
