We are currently hiring a Manager - HR who would be responsible to lead the Employee Engagement function for a wholly owned subsidiary of a leading Indian multi-business conglomerate (A professional skilling solutions provider in the sales and services skilling domains).   S/he will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the people strategy, performance culture basis the Organizational values. S/he will also ensure that the HR systems/processes are contemporary, forward looking aligned/ahead of the business needs.   The roles/responsibilities of the incumbent will include:   Employee Engagement :   - Creating a culture of shared core values amongst all employees : driving the design and deployment of this culture through Employee Engagement activities   - Coopting the Employees in driving values in the organization   - Designs and facilitates employee engagement activities and consistently partners with the business and will be the custodian of the employee engagement process   Induction Onboarding:   - Designing and owning the Induction and Onboarding process with the Organizational values as the fulcrum : Ensuring smooth onboarding and material around it welcome kit, business cards, policy documents etc   - Creating and maintaining customer connect with the objective of getting a deeper understanding on the New Hires from the point of cascading values and performance.   Education and Experience :   - Post - Graduation in HR   - 2-4 years of experience in HR with focus on Thinking and Execution of Employee Engagement basis Values  Salary offered: 10 - 14 LPA
