Responsible for overall HR Compliance & Payroll
- Ownership of all statutory compliance- PF/ESI/Labour Acts, etc- on all Labour Laws applicable for Pan India.
- Ensure implementation of all applicable labour laws applicable in all locations/branches
- Handle government inspections independently
- Liaison with appropriate government authorities related to compliance of all labour laws.
- Compliance and closure of notices received from Labour Authorities.
- Compliance and closure of notices received from Employees/ex employees/representatives
- Working with internal teams like, Finance, Legal, Compliance etc for ensuring complete compliance to all labour laws.
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns and all license renewals from government bodies.
- Maintain all compliance related documents, registers, forms and correspondence.
- Conducting periodic audits on all HR Compliance related matters and taking necessary action coming out of findings of the audit and observations.
- MIS and Reporting of all HR Compliance function.
