Job Description: Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Active coordination, collaboration and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders in order to attract, retain and build the talent pipeline.
- To design and implement effective initiatives for employee engagement.
- Streamline the HR policies and processes, which will support organizational and business growth objectives.
- The job holder shall be responsible to ensure that required talent is recruited, selected and transitioned into assignments in the organization as specified in the Manpower plan.
- He/she shall be responsible for initiating & implementing the employee engagement initiatives
- Comp & benefit harmonization & analysis and interpretation of the Comp survey data and effective implementation of Remuneration Review process.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 6+ years of total experience with end to end exposure of HR Generalist activities including talent acquisition.
- Exposure to HR policy alignment and working on compensation benchmarking will be an added advantage.
- The candidate must be an MBA from a top tier university.
