- Understand business context and partner with site leaders to provide solutions to all talent needs including but not limited to employee relations/ engagement, C&B, talent management, etc.
- Drive HR agenda and realize organizational objectives while ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Independently interpret human resources policies/ practices and advice managers and employees on all people issues
- Drive positive Employee Relations, grievance handling, employee communication, employee counseling, department, and employee connect programs, etc.
- Identify, manage and execute HR new initiatives/ process improvements projects every year that positively impact retention and engagement
- Take lead in roll-out, communication & execution of one or more of annual HR processes and activities such as TRP, TCL advancement, compensation planning, L&D nominations, etc.
- Work with CoEs to implement solutions across areas such as C&B and Talent Management
- Support planning and execution of any organizational change initiatives, e.g. re-org, anticipate people impact and plan for appropriate actions to address issues
- Identify needs for the client group and support delivery of necessary employee orientation programs and other relevant training on organization and HR processes
