You will contribute to this by:  Implementing HR Initiatives in consultation with Leadership teams of our four key product categories & Corporate functions (Finance, Internal Audit, Legal and Corporate Affairs) to enhance organization capability and deliver contracted commitments.  - This HR generalist role is the first point of contact for Managers at the customer functions for people related issues and draws on the resources provided by the Centres of Expertise to develop solutions that realise the requirements set out in the HR roadmap such as organization and people development and change management  - Implement basic HR requirements such as resourcing, compensation & benefits and training administration. Partnering with the functions to develop people strategies and sustain change initiatives.  - Identify talent, develop potential, and enhance performance and productivity.  - Active contributor to the Talent and Organisation Effectiveness (T&OE) initiatives and core member of India HR Leadership team  - Employee engagement- Develop initiatives to enhance intent to stay and offer discretionary effort through engagement.  - Institutionalize Capability and Organizational Development for the category teams and functions via structured Career Planning. This would entail Leading the People Planning exercise for all Managers, providing inputs to line Managers to facilitate career discussions etc.  - Continue to drive Performance Management process and Rewards in our four key Categories & Corporate Function teams.  Key Interfaces For The Role :  - The role supports 5 Functional Directors in the Country Leadership Teams directly.  - It has 3 direct reports and 2 indirect reports  Required Skills And Experience :   - The ideal candidate should hold a full time MBA degree in HR from a premier institute and should currently be in a senior HR leadership role with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in the Generalist/HR Business Partnering space.  If interested, kindly apply  Nitu
