The Role
As the HR Manager, you will hold primary responsibility for campus relations and the company's annual hiring program which is run across premier management schools in the country. In addition you will be required to manage and execute projects in the area of Talent and Organisational Development at a corporate level. Key aspects include :
- Design and execution of the campus recruitment process for management graduates
- Partner with the business to forecast and gather campus hiring needs.
- Work with senior stakeholders for co-creating campus strategy and manage its implementation.
- Design and deliver Campus/ Internship engagement programs.
- Interfacing with leadership and external experts for identifying and planning key interventions
- Responsibility for planning and execution of focussed OD/Talent Development initiatives
Your Profile
You must be an MBA with a specialisation in HR from a reputed business school and have 4-6 years of experience with a structured organisation with a strong HR culture. You should have held responsibility for the campus program and managed at least 3 cycles of campus hiring, including campus relations and employer branding. In addition you should have experience in any of the developmental areas of HR such as training, OD/Talent Development/HR interventions. Interfacing with leadership and an ability to crystallize vision into action that leads to measurable results are essential attributes for this role.
