Requirements :

- Experience 4-5 years of experience and understanding of best practices in HR processes and systems
Qualifications :
- Professional HR/Training & Development qualification from a recognised institution

Purpose of job :
- The main purpose of this job is to support the Sr. Manager HR, Organisation Design and Change in implementing the HR plan for the SSC. The role holder is required to work closely with HR team to perform a corporate HR role.
- The corporate HR role at SSC is responsible for managing employee relations, compensation & benefits, mainstream equality, diversity & inclusion, manage people and organisation performance cycle and deliver trainings and facilitate workshops.
Context and environment :
SSC is set up since 7 years. The role of HR function has evolved over a period of time from transactional to strategic partner. This role will report to Sr. Manager HR, Organisation Design and Change and is responsible for Corporate HR.

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties :
Corporate HR Role :
- Analyse global staff survey results and any other surveys or staff interaction feedback and results, planning development and implementation of necessary action plans to improve scores further
- Design, develop and deliver initiatives for employee relations, engagement and communication with staff members
- Design, plan and deliver staff engagement activities and cultural initiatives within the planned budgets as per the requirements
- Create flexible, conducive and healthy work environment and assist staff to better manage their health both physical and mental wellbeing of staff
- Create and implement HR policies as per business requirements and needs
- Instituting and managing the employee grievance process
- Responsible for leading the organisation efforts in mainstreaming EDI
- Design and deliver volunteering and CSR initiatives for the organisation
- Manage the people (performance management) cycle for the organisation
- Design and implement compensation and benefits policies to enable the organisation to attract, recruit, motivate and retain highly qualified staff while aligning with the HQ reward team
- Proficiency and efficiency in handling payroll and related compliances
- Design and deliver any business required training and facilitate workshop
- Manage and run continuous improvement projects through six sigma methodology
Information Security :
- Ensure that their workforce are aware of the information security policies and comply with them
- Ensures that the team complies to ISO 27001 and IGA related requirements
- Send account opening requests effectively
- Disable accounts immediately for leavers and Absconders /on long leaves
- Document and monitor / review access levels of his/her team
- Provide security awareness and education to team
- Manage Records to ensure compliance to Freedom of information act
- Ensure incidents of their respective functions are closed within SLAs
