The role is responsible for ensuring that people strategies are aligned with Business growth plans for Asia, all employee lifecycle processes, execution of corporate strategy and projects across the region, ensure that HR systems and processes are built and sustained across the region, drive people actions that enable growth in each of the region, act as a mentor and coach to country leadership and drive employee engagement and HR governance in the region.
MBA HR with 6-8 years experience of business HR experience
Out of which at least 2 to 3 years in managing HR for Sales organization.
- Must possess excellent planning and organizing abilities
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication, effective listening, and presentation skills
- Must be proactive
- Must have high integrity and ethical standards
