- 4-5 years experience with strong pedigree between 2010 - 20212 batch pass out and from decent industry background.

- Will be managing south region based at Bangalore.

- Mix of HRBP + TA role 60%40% split.

- Should have strong analytical ability. Should have experience challenging environment. Problem solving attitude. Strong communication skills.
