Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Services:
- Sole responsible person for the driving the HR operations for the South Zonal operations.
- Partnering with the employees across the zone and driving the various HR initiatives across the zone. Handling employee grievances for the zone
- Handling the Branch Statutory audits and the making sure they adhere to the norms set by the company.
- Responsible for investigating the compliance issues along with the L&C team and taking necessary actions
Employment engagement Activities:
- Rolling various employee engagement activities across the zone.
- Handling the Rewards and recognition program for sales and the support staff across the zone validating the Business recommendations for the awards and also responsible for the Long Service Awards.
Performance Management System:
- Handling the End to End Performance Management System for the zone.
- Responsible for goal setting and the confirmation evaluation process for the new Joinees.
- Timely measuring the performance parameters as per the Business requirement and acting upon the same if the performance parameters does not match up with the organizations needs.
- Responsible for the Mid year Review and the annual appraisal cycle involving with the business in the moderation process in the annual PMS cycle.
Talent Acquisition
- Heading the Talent Acquisition for South Zone for the Agency Sales and the Partnership Distribution team with optimum capacitation within the time line specified.
- Manpower planning for the zone and allocation of the head counts on the annual budgetary basis.
- Responsible for the total utilization of the manpower for the functions across the zone.
