They are currently looking to hire an HR Business Partner based out of Gurgaon.
Job Description: Liaise with the business heads to initiate successful HR solutions and provide consultancy / advice in all HR related issues.
- Work on and lead special projects within the India region pertaining to various aspects of Human resources.
- Work with other HR COE's like C&B, L&D, ER to ensure the delivery of effective HR Projects to improve performance levels.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the hiring initiatives for the company.
Performance Management:
- Ensure effective functioning of Performance Management process in the organization.
- Formulating retention strategies, managing attrition and analyzing its causes.
The Successful Candidate:
- The successful applicant will be a degree holder with minimum 7+ years of post graduation HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in a team management role in a sizable group.
- MBA from a tier 1 institute (batch of 2007-2009) is required.
- Ability to provide thought leadership, conflict resolution and change management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skill is a must for this role.
