- Maintain HR compliances across branches PAN India.
- Managing Employee life cycle (End to End)
- Develop and timely update SOP's / Manuals / Documentary requirements.
- Develop robust checking & tracking mechanisms
- Exposure in conducting & supervising Audits
- Management Reviews & Departmental MIS
- PMS Management
- Provide advice regarding employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
