Looking for a Manager-HR, who'll be responsible for:

Responsible for :

Recruitment :

- Responsible for timely & quality recruitments of all the vacant and replacement position in a minimal time frame.

- Promote Emp. Reference policy and ensure the fair and transparent administration of the same.

On-boarding :

- To ensure the proper on-boarding / handholding of the new employees.

- Implementation of Induction training process and ensure each and every employee of the zone receives the induction training as per the manual.

- Completion of joining formalities as per the HR standards.

Performance appraisal :

- Responsible for completion of Performance appraisal for the zone.

- Having one-to-one discussion with the employees having grievances related to appraisal.

HR Policies, Systems and Processes :

- To Participate in drafting & ensuring the execution of various HR process as per policy and system.

- Report and highlight the deviations from organization policies to the management.

- Constantly interact with employees and work towards increasing the level of satisfaction.

Employee Engagement :

- Plan & Execute Employee Engagement activities that demonstrate the core values of the organisation.

- Build work place environment very conducive, people feel to give their best to the company.

- Raise the bar of employee engagement level, find out the drivers and coordinate with Corporate HR to work and improve the level of engagement.

Time keeping & MIS :

- Regulate & Monitor the data pertaining to attendance, leave, and compensation and send the same to concerned personnel for payroll processing

- To maintain and update the database of the employees.

General :

- Statuary compliances pertaining to HR and co-ordination with external agencies on need basis.

- Employee grievance handling and counselling.

- Co-ordinate Training & development programs within the Zone.

- Initiate transfer cases in discussion with the SBU

- Administrative Work

About the company :

This is a group level position wherein the person will be responsible to look after the complete HR Operations of all the companies falling under the brand umbrella. The Group comprises of companies operating in diversified industries- Financial services, FMCG, Real estate, Infrastructure etc.

Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
