As Head HR you will be reporting into the India Business Head.
Your Roles and responsibilities will be as follows :
- Managing Day to Day Affairs of Employee Life-Cycle Management
- Driving and creating the Compensation Structure for all employees across India & Dubai region
- Ensuring implementation of all HR policies and compliance with the statutory laws and local regulations
- Managing employee movement expat compensation, relocation and all paperwork arising therefrom
- Conducting performance cycle and managing Talent conversations and creating programs for hi-pots in the organisation
- Ensuring all global and regional policies are implemented in the local regions as well
The Successful Candidate :
- You come with 5-10 years experience working with an MNC organisation and a Matrix set up.
- Experience in Workday is a must have.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are looking to take on the next step in your career.
