Job Role:
- Managed the delivery across talent acquisition, performance management, talent review and planning, HR interventions.
- Manpower planning and budgeting in partnership with business.
- Talent Management - Managed development for high potential candidates on the program - influencing talent retention.
- Cost Saves - Implemented targeted resourcing channel activity. Advocated innovative sourcing channels to tap passive candidates
- Driving Annual Performance Management for employee strength
- Responsible for full spectrum of Graduate Programs including structure and design, performance management for candidates on the program, talent development, employee engagement, people training and 'critical-to-business' policies for the programs. Delivered a full scale - Induction Program- for Management trainees enabling them to have a good start to their role in the organisation.
- New joinee procedure, exit interviews, Payroll, time keeping, Invoicing, coordination regarding PF.
- HR-specific & general administrative & secretarial support.
- Policy formulation, performance appraisal, security, gratuity.
Skills required :
- Highly adaptable to new environment.
- An eye for detail.
- Result-oriented.
