- Develop and lead an effective Workforce Planning, Talent Management,Succession Planning, Cross-functional Communication, Compensation & Benefits,Training & Development and Policy Deployment at Factory Corporate Office.
- People strategy, Employment Law Compliance, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Leave Management, Employee Engagement, HRIS Data, MIS, Exit Management and other HR Practices.
- Design and Implement identified organization development interventions through selection, design and delivery of services and programs that may include talent management,leadership development, change management etc.
- Develop skills and competency framework, identify gap and plan action to bridge the gap.
- Support talent management by competencies and develop employee engagement activities.
- Desirable qualifications : Engineering Graduate with Full time MBA in HR from Reputed Management Institutes.
- Skills Required : 10 to 12 years experience in managing end-to-end HR, ER and General Administration in a global manufacturing set-up based in western india region with sound knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Policy Formulation and Implementation and Labour Law.
- Excellent oral, written communication with English,Marathi and Hindi languages.
- Strong inter-personnel,negotiation and management skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion.
