- Identify and excite exceptional folks we can hire for team Fixcraft, across levels.
- Develop, evolve, and implement policies such as leave policies, employment policy, POSH, etc.
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Work with the leadership team and individual team members to develop KRAs for the entire organization.
- Undertake onboarding functions of new employees and manage exit formalities.
- Manage attendance records, Payroll and benefits for all employees.
- Identify process gaps and developing internal controls to fill those gaps.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and open-mindedness within the organization.
- Continuously inculcate a culture of learning and get actively involved in training the team.
- Work towards and execute employee engagement activities.
- Actively support the leadership team in strategic initiatives.
Salary offered: 10-20LPA
