Leadership Supervision :
- HR Policies and procedures aligned with organizational goal recommendation and revision.
- Supervision and recommendations on talent acquisition process for the company.
- Critical analysis of data on hiring cost, attrition management and employee engagement budgets and coverage across company.
- Effective supervision and to mentor staff.
Strategic Initiative :
- To develop strategic framework on Compensation and benefit administration.
- To partner business in cost effective operation methodology.
- Develop and maintain the system to monitor management information system.
- To develop the standard of operating system and technology.
Organizational level HR delivery :
- Manages all individual personnel and workforce management which includes hires, promotions/ demotions / transfer/ de-mobilization/ terminations and layoffs as necessary.
- Expertise in counsel and advice to the supervisors, HOD, administrators and managers across entire range of employee relations and organizational matters including performance assessment and management, labour relations, corrective actions, dispute resolution, compensation and classification; talent acquisition, management, retention and development; organizational structure and staffing
