Position: HR Manager (Women candidate preferred)
Location: Mumbai
Position Description:
This position is a very important position for the organisation and is required to help achieve the organization's people objectives. The Manager HR will spearhead the human resources function at the Foundation. The position will work on all aspects of HR including talent recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits training and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, reviewing and implementing the HR strategies and policies
- Ensuring a very responsive customer focused HR service to other function
- Ensure a highly motivated team. Resolve HR related issues of the employees
- Lead all recruitment related strategies and plans for the organisation
- Develop recruitment and selection processes that attracts and retain high calibre talent
- Ensuring a robust performance management approach. Ensure it is followed across the organization and is linked to meeting organizational goals
- Ensure implementation of the annual appraisal cycle with a view to ensure the continuous improvement and development of employees
- Understand the training and development needs of the employees and undertake programs to enhance their skill sets. Develop training and development plans and manage their implementation.
- Ensure effective management information reporting systems and providing timely reports on HR
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and practices by all employees
Required qualification, experience and skills:
- Post graduate degree in HR or equivalent or Business management
- 8- 10 years of work experience in a HR generalist role
- Self-starter with strong passion to achieve, result driven and innovative
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective analytical and presentation skills.
- High level of commitment and energy
- Experience in mentoring and building capabilities of employees
