JOB DESCRIPTION :
JOB TITLE : HR Manager
REPORTS MANAGER : COO
DIRECT REPORTS IF ANY NA
JOB PURPOSE :
- To execute responsibilities related to employee lifecycle processes at strategic and operational level
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Talent Acquisition:
- Initiate new processes/ templates of manpower requisition to joining
- Organisation chart timely review for analysis of requirement
- Analyse effective usage & analysis of various sources of recruitment like portals, adverts, referral, consultants, campus etc.
- Cost management in negotiating with recruitment vendors
Ensure quality hiring through initiating competency based hiring process
Position closure within stipulated time and manage lead time
Recruitment process management
Making Offers and negotiations
Custodian of employee referral program
Conducting referral checks on the candidates to be hired
MIS and Database management
Joining formalities and introduction to all the HR policies and procedures
Management of induction process for new hires
Orientation
Policies & processes:
- Initiate, draft & implement of company policies
- Execution of all the policies in terms of adherence to each by all employees
Employee Engagement:
- Employee Engagement process to be initiated at start level during probation, mid-year and annual appraisal.
- Fun activities with allocated budget and management of actuals with it
- Processes to engage employees at job level with the mentoring initiatives
- Identifying the training needs of the employees and designing the L& D activities based on these needs
- Succession planning for key positions; guiding the team to plan and execute
Operations:
- Employee Communication: Ensure information reach to all employees saving the time; initiate employee bulletin
- Revamping the policies as and when required
- Handling statutory compliances of the employees
- Designing and conducting Employee review plan / Audit to help identify the Top Performers, Meet the
- Expectations and Low Performers within teams
- Revamping and reframing the Induction manual
- Keeping the management abreast with all the activities on the floor and giving alerts when required
- Attendance and Month End report
Other Initiatives:
- Designing templates for all HR processes
- Doing Exit calls on all the candidates who were not hired / rejected and try to convert them
- Act as an HR helpdesk for an advisory role and facilitate resolution of grievances
- Building a culture of process orientation for all
- Management of Leaves & attendance and creating payroll advise statement
- Employee records management
- Employee database management by creating individual employee files for HR records

QUALIFICATION :
- Any Graduate
- Masters in Human Resources Management; MBA/ PGDBM
- Any other HR related
