Manager - Human Resource
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Implement accessible guidance and support to enhance experiences for recruiting managers and candidates.
Coordinating HR Operations:
- Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure timely processing of new employee information, leavers, and contractual changes.
Performance Management:
- Develop processes and policies for cross-functional performance benchmarking.
- Lead and develop the HR Operations team, monitoring performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Compliance:
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Employee Database Management & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR databases, including employee records, payroll data, benefits information, and performance metrics.
Functional Audits:
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance issues.
- Mitigate risks and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR operations, preferably in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with HRIS solutions and HR automation tools.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
