HR Manager
Scope of the Role :
- As a Human Resource Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing employee management and performance within the organization.
- You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating employee data to enhance Key Result Areas (KRAs), productivity, and retention while identifying areas for improvement.

Job Description :
Employee Life Cycle Management :
- Oversee and manage various aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Ensure smooth transitions and effective handling of employee records and data throughout their tenure.
Data Collection and Evaluation :
- Gather comprehensive data on employee performance, including KRAs (Key Result Areas), productivity metrics, attrition rates, and retention figures.
- Analyze this data to evaluate employee performance and identify trends or issues that require attention.
Continuous Improvement :
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance KRAs, productivity, and retention based on data analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management to address areas needing improvement and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
Employee Engagement and Retention :
- Maintain frequent communication with employees to discuss performance, address concerns, and offer guidance to improve retention rates.
- Implement and promote initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, department heads, and senior management, to develop and execute strategies aimed at controlling attrition and enhancing productivity.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals.
Business Analytics and Reporting :
- Utilize advanced data management and business analytics tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Compliance and Best Practices :
- Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements and maintain competitive advantage.
Ideal Candidates :
Experience :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in handling HR aspects in a large-sized organization.
Education :
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university.
Current Role :
- Must currently be managing HR functions for an organization with more than 1,000 employees.
Skills :
Data Management :
- Proficient in managing and analyzing large datasets with a keen eye for detail.
Business Analytics :
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics tools to derive meaningful insights.
Communication :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving :
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
