Job Description : To develop, drive implementation, deliver & administer end to end HR processes & services aligned to business objectives & to enhance capabilities of the functional team and thereby the organization, for higher effectiveness and efficiency for achieving strategic goals of the organization.
Client Details : A global leading cooling utility, where they provides cost-effective, reliable, and more sustainable long-term cooling services in India through Cooling As a Service or District Cooling Concessions.
Description :
- Ensure the effective achievement of HR objectives through the leadership of the function - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to ensure that the highest level of performance is achieved
- Drive HR Strategies relating to Competency and Capability enhancement, Organisation Design and Strategic Staffing, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Succession Planning and Leadership Development for the Function
- Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls to maintain company standards
- Handling the entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing a framework for substantiating performance appraisal systems linked to reward management
Profile :
- 6+ Years of relevant experience, out of which 2+ year's of experience is in managing people
- MBA in HR or related degree from a premier institute
