Manager - HRO Sales

- Experience in sales of HR Solutions (Payroll outsourcing, HRMS, Compliance)

- Knowledge of SAAS solutions, cloud-based platform

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying prospects for new business acquisition for HR Outsourcing vertical (Payroll, Compliance, HRIS)

- Achieving individual sales targets and supporting the sales team in overall business targets

- Cold calling, market research, sales presentations, managing individual client/business network

- Maintaining relationship with internal stakeholders for support on new business
