Job Title: HRMS/HRIS Implementation Manager (Contract - 8-12 Months)
Job Location: Mumbai, India
Job Summary:
The HRMS/HRIS Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS)/ Human Resource Information System (HRIS) on a contract basis for 8-12 months. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the implementation process runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of HRMS/HRIS within the organization on a contract basis.
- Develop and manage the project plan and timeline for the implementation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS is integrated with other relevant systems and applications.
- Conduct testing, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system is fully functional.
- Ensure that the HRMS/HRIS meets the organization's requirements and objectives.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRMS/HRIS implementation, preferably in the capacity of a project manager.
- Proven experience in managing projects on a contract basis and delivering them on time and on budget.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk management, and change management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a contract role for a period of 8-12 months.
