Qualification& Training :
- Graduate/post graduate with recognized university
- Experience in Business Intelligence
- Certification in analytics and excel are preferred
Skills Required : advanced Excel/Office, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Reporting, Data Management, Business Dashboard Presentation

- Strong analytical and exceptional Stakeholder and Project management skill required
- Eye for Details, Critical & Creative Thinking problem solving and organizational skills required
- Proven Presentation Visual Modelling, Facilitation and Elicitation with exception oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Strong People leadership and development skill required
- Knowledge of business processes and familiarity with general business functions
- Business Acumen and understanding business strategies
- Sound Knowledge and hands on experience in :
a. Data Analysis
b. Statistical Knowledge
c. Analytical Tools
d. MS Excel (proficiency)
- Working knowledge of Tools like R, SAS, SQL, VBA, Qlik, Tableau and other BI tool is preferable
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
- Positive, Self-starter, Inquisitive, Imaginative, Factual, self-disciplined
Main Responsibilities :
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation, Provide Insights to decision makers to make an informed decision based on data and facts
- Put narratives to the data, provide root cause analysis, Participate in the analysis of trends and common issues to prevent future problems
- Work with relevant teams within the business to scope and define reporting & dashboard requirements and KPIs.
- Liaise with IT service center to facilitate solutions wherever applicable and assist in business requirement and data understanding
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
- Ability to exploit the unexplored unstructured data in the organization
- Ability to work independently, and coordinate multiple large projects through
- planning, prioritizing, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaboratively work with different work groups geographically spread with diverse experience
- Ability to work in a completely ambiguous environment
- Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues
