Position: HRIT Manager
Experience Level: 1-10 years
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing HRMS (Human Resource Management System) software solutions. As an HRIT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our HRMS software, ensuring its smooth operation and effectiveness in supporting our HR processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and configuration of HRMS software, ensuring successful deployment across the organization.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and vendors, to define requirements, develop project plans, and execute implementation strategies.
3. Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and align with the HRMS software capabilities.
4. Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
5. Provide hands-on support and training to end-users to ensure proper utilization and adoption of the HRMS software.
6. Monitor the performance of the HRMS software, identify and resolve any issues or bugs, and implement enhancements as needed.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HRMS software, recommending system upgrades or new solutions to optimize HR processes.
8. Manage data integrity and security within the HRMS software, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
9. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the HRMS software with other systems, such as payroll and timekeeping software.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on HRMS software functionality, providing guidance and support to HR and management teams.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/P.G degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1-10 years) in implementing and managing HRMS software solutions.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee data management.
4. Experience with popular HRMS software platforms, such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems.
5. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
