Manager HRIS
- Hands on working experience on any HRIS platforms
- Should be able to implement new initiatives under continuous improvement
- Track progress based on defined metrics to run the Ops agenda
- Deep technical hands-on expertise in data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting.
- Responsible in monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Will be acting as a consultant to regional HR Ops Team regarding policies and procedures
- Manage & address regional HR Ops Team queries on issues related to data/procedures setup on
- Success Factor, and all other relevant topics and Determine training plans to support regional HR Ops Team
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role - 5+years
- Ability to develop strong connect with multiple regional/global stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team management skills
- Excellent Excel Skills
