HR Manager - HRIS Implementation - Fintech
Job Responsibilities :
1. Primary responsibilities would include HRMS maintenance, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS
2. Drive all HR data audits to ensure accuracy of information
3. Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement solutions that help to streamline HRIS and drive system effectiveness.
4. Review and recommend process changes in the HR systems to ensure seamless workflows and HR database.
5. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the HRIS systems used in the organization
6. Responsible for driving process and system awareness regularly amongst stakeholders and employees
7. Manage the support team to ensure timely resolution of stakeholder queries and seamless transactions.
