Manager - HR Transformation

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - HR Transformation for an FMCG, based at Kolkata.

- A Female Talent, with a Post Grad in HRM/PMIR with 8-10 years of work exp in an FMCG with the following expertise -

- Anchoring digitization of HR processes, spearhead employee experience initiatives and implement a shared services set-up for HR processes.

- Spearheading the implementation, sustenance and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules and other digitization initiatives for benefits administration, intranet portal, robotic process automation etc.

- Facilitate the change management intervention required for transitioning from the existing operating model to a Shared Services set-up.

- Responsible for running the HR Shared Services organization. Put in place the systems, processes, standard operating procedures, SOPs, communication and report-back mechanisms etc. for the same.

- Experience in handling HR Operations (Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment, Performance Management, Exits, Benefits Administration etc.)
