Role : Manager - HR Technology & Transformation ( Captive Setup)
Location : Hyderabad
What the Role has to Offer:
- Managing technology footprint for efficient delivery of HR services
- Simplify the HR experience while using various HR tools
What will the Incumbent responsible for?
- Analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining HRIS solutions and other related tools
- Translate business requirements into system requirements with appropriate owners and users in place
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure business requirements are incorporated into various HR tools and technologies
- Partner with various HR and IT leaders to develop an HR Technology strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with HR experience team to build tools, processes for a consumer grade experience
- Creates the governance process to maintain identity lifecycle management and role-based access controls
Preferred Candidate:
- PG / MBA / B.Tech with a minimum of 10+ years experience
- At least 6 years of HR technology expertise with exposure to HRIS implementation and maintenance
- At least 6 years of project leadership practices and experience working across large environments with large scale implementation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint and documentation skills.
- Successful at building strong relationships and work collaboratively.
