We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - HR (Technology and Analytics) lead HR transformation initiatives and manage critical HR technology platforms. This role will involve overseeing HRIS management, compensation structure design, SaaS product management, and HR project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of HR systems and analytics, along with the ability to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Transformation: Lead the transformation of HR processes by implementing technology-driven solutions and driving digital change initiatives within the HR department.

- Compensation Structure Design: Design and manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the market, company goals, and regulatory requirements.

- HRIS Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, seamless integration with other systems, and regular updates.

- SaaS Product Management: Manage SaaS-based HR tools and platforms, ensuring they meet business needs and are utilized effectively across the organization.

- HR Project Management: Lead HR-related projects, including vendor management, timelines, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure successful implementation of various HR programs, software upgrades, and process improvements.

- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data analytics to generate reports and provide insights to improve decision-making related to talent acquisition, retention, performance, and compensation.

- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR technology processes, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring that HR tech solutions are scalable and sustainable.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, IT, and external vendors to ensure the effective deployment of HR technologies and successful completion of projects.

- Compliance and Security: Ensure all HR technology platforms comply with regulatory standards and that data is secured according to best practices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field from a Tier 1 college.

- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS management, HR transformation, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of compensation structures, HR analytics, and project management methodologies.

- Experience with HR SaaS products such as Darwin Box, Successfactors

- Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging HR data for business insights.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
