Job Title: People Technology Manager

Job Summary:
- As a People Technology Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology systems and processes. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure technology solutions align with business goals, support employee needs, and enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will lead the implementation of new HR technology solutions while ensuring compliance, data security, and seamless integration with business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Technology Management
- Oversee and maintain HR technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management tools.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address technology needs that support business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR technology with other business systems.
- Technology Implementation & Optimization
- Lead the implementation of new HR technology systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Develop and maintain HR technology policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Training & Support - Provide training and support to HR team members on the use of HR technology systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Analytics & Decision Support
- Analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
-Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvements.
- Change Management & Compliance - Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and data management.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance Management tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
