We have the following requirement in Mumbai with the leading MNC KPOs/BPOs or ITES
MBA HR Tier I HR Inst with 6-10 years exp for Talent Management or Competency Development
The incumbent will be responsible to design and deliver leadership development solutions, institutionalize functional development frameworks and ensure sustainability and business impact of all solutions through collaboration with the Org across mutli-geographic locations.
- 7+ years of L&D experience with 3+ years within the ITES / BPO industry
- Worked in a multi-cultural environment and managed multi-geographic stakeholders
- Proven track record of learning design and development
- Experience in designing and implementing functional L&D practices globally
- Charismatic, energetic and engaging delivery style
- Drive strategy execution with a global perspective
- Project Management - Ability to plan lead and deliver on multiple projects across geographical locations.
- Outstanding Communication skills - Ability to gain commitment from stakeholders
- Strong internal & external stakeholder relationship management skills

- Change Management
- Exposure to institutionalize L&D OPEX systems including managing process, systems and budgets
