We are currently looking for an Manager- HR Systems & Operational Excellence with one the topmost Foods/ FMCG Distribution cos in the world. This is an international assignment to be based in Yangon (formerly Rangoon) in Myanmar.

Job summary

Oversee the management of People & Organization operational services and day-to-day Center of Expertise management of country P&O functions (e.g. policies, programs, processes and systems, etc.) to meet business objectives in partnership with the business and P&O teams.

General responsibilities

- Oversee HR service delivery to enhance business operational excellence, in line with global P&O strategy. Ensure business needs are reflected in the development and implementation of HR plans with aligned deliverables

- Formulate country-specific HR policies and procedures aligned with global HR strategy, in collaboration with HR Business Partnering and HR functional teams with business-aligned deliverables/outcomes

- Coordinate country HR initiatives and secure agreement with management teams on implementation timelines. Ensure all formulated and agreed HR activities are aligned with Group P&O's strategic plans

- Oversee daily management for overall HR functional areas (e.g. recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, P&O information systems, training, talent, etc.)

- Formulate HR operational directions outlining key performance metrics, a HR tactical framework for operational excellence, in line with global P&O strategy

- Support HR functional teams to determine overall HR needs. Design, configure and test business requirements to enforce HR policies, procedures, as well as local laws

- Design and execute clear processes for HR functional teams and ensure delivery of accurate information to stakeholders

- Review periodical data/reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks for business decision making

- Provide both strategic and tactical leadership of the HR functions for the Business Units within the management team

- Drive effective implementation and communication of HR programs by providing visibility of key HR milestones/progress to employees and management teams

- Drive continuous HR improvement activities to provide innovative/efficient P&O services (e.g. processes, tools, and methodologies, etc.) complying to Group P&O's process and procedures

- Assist to manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources

Education: Graduate with Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR

Work experience:

- 7-10 experience in a People & Organization function

- Minimum 4-5 years- experience in a managerial capacity

Salary: Best in the FMCG industry- Around 35000-40000 USD p.a., (Annual CTC around Rs.28.0 LPA)

Location: Yangon (Earlier Rangoon) in Myanmar
