A leading MNC in Mumbai is looking to hire for an HR Strategy and Special projects role in Mumbai. We are looking for candidates who have worked in diverse areas of HR. Candidates with a premier b school background , with 2-4 years post MBA would be an ideal fit.
The role would encompass:
a) Work on new HR initiatives and projects around the employee life cycle in Plant , Sales and HO- Employee experience and onboarding , Talent development ( for Field Force) , Exit analysis , Attrition Management and Retention etc
b) Ensure that organization-wide talent management and PM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
2) Program Management :
a) He/She will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes for the various COE. He/She will work closely with the CHRO, VP HRs, HR Business Partners & COE functions
b) Help co-design & drive HR strategies across business units and work closely with the HR leaders in tracking various projects within their spans.
c) Data Analysis and Reporting - Develops and produces metrics and reports to leadership on various activities and projects with HR team
d) Provides clear and concise documentation that supports the milestones of the project, represents key business decisions made, and obtains sign off from stakeholders
3) HR Analytics & Data Governance:
a) Establish and execute the overall strategy for employee data at the company. This includes data governance practices, tools, technology and the team required to provide actionable information and insights about our people to drive a rewarding employee experience, and business success.
b) He/She will partner closely with business and HR Leadership, build the systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives, and will interface with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data and analytics.
Requirements:
- Overall 2-4 years experience (where min 2 years in handling a HR COE role)
- MBA (full-time) from tier 1 college
- Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and HR Technology
