Job Description :
- Defining, evaluating, and mapping Competencies for each level.
- Ensure through evaluation by appropriate tests at recruitment.
- Ensuring each JD is in sync with Departmental process mapping at all times.
- Ensuring each KRA is in sync with JD at all times.
- Ensuring each KPI is in sync with Departmental SLAs.
- Ensuring Departmental SLAs are in sync with Business profitability projections.
- Ensuring ALL HR policies, including but not limited to compensation structure, RnRs, etc., are in sync with Business needs and competent with market competition.
- Constant eye on per seat cost and ensuring optimisation.
- Ensuring 2nd in-charge in place for each position at all times, and training plan required for business continuity.
- Recommend and implement automation across business functions to reduce manual dependency.
- Meticulous attention to data collation from HR Analytics perspective enabling management decision making for crucial factors like Attrition prediction, lean manpower planning, critical policy decisions hampering unaccounted losses, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Full-time MBA
- Experience : 4+ years
- Experience in personal execution of end-to-end PMS implementation
- Experience in personal execution of Salary Benchmarking exercising
- Experience in personal execution of Competency Mapping exercise
- Experience in personal execution of Succession Planning
- Well-versed with HR Analytics
