Critical Role & Responsibility:
- Handling welfare activities and participating in maintaining harmonious relations with employees
- Counselling employees and handling day to day grievances
- Statutory compliances under Mines Act, EPF/ ESI Act, CLRA Act, Minimum Wages, Gratuity etc.
- Coordinating administration and timely implementation of HR activities such as PMS, training, rotations, transfers etc.
- Coordinating and ensuring timely assessment of trainees and probationers
- Induction of new recruits
- Assisting functional managers in dealing with legal matters
- Rehabilitation of village adjacent to mines
- Management of developmental work undertaken by Mine in the neighborhood
- Timely procurement of PPEs, Like Uniform, safety shoes etc
- Data Management of contract workmen -zero error
- Conduct Employee engagement programs
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to head office
Qualifications, including competencies, skill, knowledge:
- Preferred Education: Bachelor / Post graduate degree in Personnel Management- MSW -HR /MBA-HR
- Preferred Experience: 8 to 10 years in Manufacturing / production operations if its mines background add advantage.
- Language requirements: Local language , Kannada English & Hindi
