We are looking for a Manager HR Shared Services for a Global BPO.
Job Profile:
- Managing HR Operation team for smooth Onboarding of the employees.
- Managing the PAN Bank Internal and External Audits pertaining to Onboarding and Background verifications.
- Responsible for Managing the Senior Grade employees Onboarding and Exit process.
- Issuing Show Cause and Termination letter for the Disciplinary and Red Background Verification cases.
- Responsible for presenting dashboard to CHRO on the complete headcount along with Payroll confirmation, Documentation and Background verification process.
- Handling complete process of Red Background Verification cases (Complete investigation and Issuing termination letter in case of Fraud).
- Handling vendor and client audit related to Background verification.
- Making discrepancy matrix as per the client requirement Coordinating with the vendor for initiating Drug Test for US and UK location employees.
- Coordinating with the vendor for timely completion of Background Verification.
- Coordinating with the employees for insufficiency details and documents and sharing the same with the vendor.
- Ensuring the reports which are received from the vendors are thoroughly checked before publishing it to the vendor as per the Matrix set.
- Employee connect (Asking about the Background Verification documents and explaining them the Background Verification process) Handling a Background Verification Team (Allocating the additional checks applicable as per different client).
- Initiating additional Background Verification checks as per the client MSA.
- Coordinating with the vendor for timely completion of Background Verification Coordinating with the employees for insufficiency details and documents and sharing the same with the vendor.
- Initiating Background Verification as per the client requirement.
- Handling MIS and Trackers Handling Background Verification audit conducted by the clients.
- Preparing MIS Reports Related to PES line of business.
1) Client MIS 2) Daily Field Tracker - Employment, Education, Criminal Check.
- Co-Ordinate with various POC in various Universities & Colleges for Speedy Education Check.
- Follow Up Related to 1) Employment & Reference Check 2) Education Check 3) Criminal Check 4) Insufficiency of Document.
- Handling Background Verification audit conducted by the clients.
Requirement.
- 7-13 years of experience in HR.
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Strong experience in Background Verification.
- Skills: background verifications,human resources,onboarding.
