Job Details : Location : Noida Role : Expert (Individual Contributor role equivalent to Manager) Reporting to : AVP - HR Industry : IP Technology Shift Timings : 9 am -6 pm ;From a shared service requirement point of view person may be aligned to USA employees in future therefore candidate must be flexible to work in late shift preferably in 03:00 PM to 12 Midnight. Transport Provided CTC : Standard Industry Hike Experience : 6+ years of relevant experience in a HRSS setup managing INDIA employees, Experience of working on HR ERP preferably Workday Mandate Region Exp : India Education : Graduate / Post Graduate in any field preferably with Degree/Diploma in HR Position Preview : The role exists to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for India employees on system. Responsibilities: The role at any one time may focus on one or more of the following activities and may include other compatible and related activities: 1. Managing the employee life cycle for INDIA employees, which includes Issuance of Offers, Creation HR Records, Probation Management, Administration of Employee Movements such as Transfers, Change to Terms &amp; Conditions (including Promotion, Job Title change, Salary change, Bonus Change, Working Hours Change etc.), Exit Management, Communicating with other departments with regards to New Joiners &amp; Leavers 2. Supporting Local HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational issues, Investigating and resolving employee queries 3. Understanding local HR policies in order to support employees- inquiries and maintenance of Document of Records 4. Preparing Monthly payroll input and maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data for New Starter, Leaver, Benefits Coverage, Bonus, Medical deduction, Ad-hoc deductions/payment, 5. Tax rate Changes, Job title and Cost Centre and Product Changes, Salary Change, Working Hours Changes, 6. Call Out and Overtime Payments, Maternity, Termination and RAF Payment 7. Resolving payroll discrepancies, providing answers to employee questions and requests and supporting 8. Payroll Team for Internal and External Audits. 9. Supporting in management of performance management cycle, including coordination for annual salary review and bonus program, Calculation of Pro-rata Bonus, Distribution &amp; Collation of salary review &amp; bonus sheets and providing data to reward team for finalization of Salary increase/ bonus payout. Also, responsible for supporting the activity of generation and distribution of salary increase and bonus letters to employees. 10. Managing integrity of employee data on Workday through real time updation of changes like supervisor, job titles, salary, bonus, cost centre, product code, etc. on Workday. Also responsible for planning and implementing regular system audits and data reconciliation on regular basis 11. Administrating of time off and absences for all INDIA employees which includes supporting them with Cancellation/Amendment of Leaves, Recording absence and ensuring that system is in line with the Company policies on Holiday, Sickness and other leaves. 12. Reporting in respect of Headcount, time off &amp; absences, staff turnover, etc. to assist Line Managers and the HR team with interpretation of data and suggest solutions/actions. Also responsible to assist with the production of ad hoc reports for HR team, line managers and other business stakeholders.
