Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a Standard Suite of Reports on a monthly basis to key stakeholders
- Preparation of process documentation for all standard reports
- Monthly audit of data fields in HR MIS Report and ensuring that gaps are closed
- Providing various analytics on monthly basis
Desired Profile:
- 5-8 years of experience into HR Reporting & Analytics
- Must have good knowledge of VBA, MS Excel
- Candidate with stability in career from a reputed company.
- Good Communication skills
