The incumbent should be a full time MBA in HR from premiere institute with 8 to 10 years of overall experience in HR including Talent Acquisition out of which minimum 2 to 4 years of' experience in handling HR pillar in Merger & Acquisition (pre-merger and post merger). Must have experience in Leadership Hiring / Campus Program Recruitment & management.

- Responsible for managing both pre-merger and post-merger HR activities, ensuring organizational alignment, talent retention, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Hiring for the leadership roles across the organization and other critical talent for Company.
- To drive new talent attraction programs including end to end Campus recruitment & Trainee program management post on-boarding of campus hires
- The incumbent would be a PMO for various HR initiatives across organization
