HR Payroll Manager

Thrivibe is currently looking for a Payroll Manager in Bangalore with 10-15 years of experience in managing payroll. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the monthly and weekly payrolls for approximately 2500 employees in Singapore and Malaysia are processed accurately and on time. We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in team management.

Shift time: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Background and Experience:

- Prior payroll experience in a similar role

- Sound knowledge of relevant payroll legislation

- Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, lasting professional relationships

- Experience in interpreting awards and agreements

- Knowledge of ADP or similar payroll system

- Able to work independently and as part of both a local and international team

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
