Job Profile:

Talent Acquisition : Plan for manpower/staffing requirements in consultation with different functional heads, monitor and review the efficiency of the same.

Documentation : Maintaining HR Database and personnel information. Prepare & issues all HR related documents.

Induction & Orientation : Handle Induction & Orientation program, and explain company policies and procedures to new joiners.

Payroll Management : Taking care of automated Biometric Attendance & leave administration. Updating information in Payroll Software.

- Training & Development: Coordinate with all department heads for training need identification & conducting capacity building training for all staff.

Statutory Compliance Management : Preparing & ensuring timely submission of the compliances like PF & ESI & maintaining records of Compliances returns.

Performance appraisal : Coordinate with all divisional Heads to conduct annual employee performance appraisal, Calculation of increment, Promotion recommendation.

- Employee Engagement & Employee Relations: Maintaining discipline in the office and field stations, morale boosting of employees, resolving employee grievances and conflicts, conducting disciplinary investigations.
