Manager - HR Operations - Real Estate

- Reporting into the Head HR your roles & responsibilities will be as follows:

- Creating & Driving the HR operations for the organisation of 800 + employees

- Streamlining the Payroll Process and moving to a more automated process

- Managing and creating a process for leave and attendance management

- Ensuring the organisation is compliant with all the statutory requirements

- Managing other HR generalist activities around entire employee life cycle

The successful Candidate:

- You come with 8-12 years of experience in HR with strong expertise in managing Payroll independently. You are an HR Generalist with strong experience in driving HR operations for the organisation
