Manager - HR OPS Quality and Compliance -
- HR Operations, PepsiCo, HBS supports Global regions on various end to end HR Services such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Services, GHRMS & DI, GHRO Services, Talent Management, Learning Management, Reporting & Analytics.
- A new capability of Service Excellence & Compliance is formed that will enable all these HBS HR Functions on Quality, Services, Compliance, Automations and Governance areas for Service Excellence, Data & Audit Governance & Compliance.
- The role holder would be part of Service Excellence & Compliance Capability and will be responsible for setting up
- Quality Framework ; set-up Quality methodology, team for ongoing HR Operations Quality sustenance, COPQ mitigation and Quality Analysis and Improvement, Deploy Six Sigma Quality Tools and deliver output that is Quality Excellence & Performance Sustenance
- Compliance Framework ; Data Compliance, Transition/Migration Compliance, External/Internal Audit Compliance etc.
Key Skills/Experience Required -
- Min. Bachelor's/PG degree required.
- 8-10 years total experience with at least 5+ years in Quality (Six Sigma) and Audits (Quality checks and External audits) and Governance related areas in a Global organization, preferably in HR Service Delivery Domain
- Six Sigma Green Belt or above is a must.
- Should have specific framework, set-up, greenfield experience in Lean Six Sigma, Quality methodology etc.
- Good Stakeholder Management skills, Being Customer Centricity and ability to work with Senior Directors
- Should have implemented process improvements, automations, value delivery
- Highly organized and proven track of delivering results; as this is resulted oriented role
- Ability to work in a matrix and large scale environment
- Strong Interpersonal skills and effective customer/stakeholder management
- Comfortable working & leading team in a virtual environment
- Strong Potential Leadership skills for driving teams towards organization objectives & company vision
- Go getter with minimal support or attitude to achieve results in a challenging environment
