- Align and manage Human Resource systems and processes to the Business objectives to ensure attraction, utilization, development and retention of talent across Business
- Alignment of Minimum Wages in line with respective State / Zone
- Implement revision of MW as per the notification of government
- -Ensure the timely disbursement of Salaries
- Maintain and review the Human Resource MIS / HR Analytic to ensure effective and appropriate reports are in place to analyze business needs
- Manage and oversee HR operations at Units. Liaison with Unit HR SPOCs and HR coordinators
- Manage the grievance Redressal process for the Business
- Ensure timely Statutory Compliances. Liaise with government officials
- Compliance to all audits- HR audit, Reconciliation of GL
- Ensure Client Compliances and Statutory requirements are met
- Timely settlement of Employee Claims,
- Analyze Organization attrition
- Liaison with SSC, Units for smooth HR operations
